How to Use Vitamin E Oil for Acne Scars?

Medical reports reveal that vitamin E helps heal scarring from burns and other wounds. That's why many people have started using it for acne scars. In fact, several doctors recommend using vitamin E after skin surgery or resurfacing. To use vitamin E for acne scars, there are a few things you need to pay attention to, including the amount you use and the frequency and duration of the application.



Instructions:

Break open vitamin E capsules. One form of vitamin E is the pill form. You can either digest the pills or break them open to get the vitamin E oil out.

Test vitamin E on the inside of your forearm. According to the People's Pharmacy, vitamin E can cause dermatitis in some people. Therefore, it's a good idea to test it on a part of your skin that's mostly hidden, such as the forearm, to see if you have any negative reactions to it.
